Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Adseal website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:

1. Price & Payment Terms

1.1 The prices displayed exclude VAT at the current rate.

1.2 We reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.

1.3 Payment for goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document.

1.4 Goods remain the property of Adseal until payment is received in full.

1.5 Products are packed in 25litre, 5 litre, 2.5 litre & 1 litre containers. This description refers to the container size and not the content of the container as products are packed by weight & not volume.

2. Delivery

2.1 We may deliver your order as part deliveries.

2.2 Quoted delivery dates are an estimate only and the Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsovever as a consequence of failure to deliver by that date

2.3 If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.

2.4 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box/container we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside once the goods have been signed for.

2.5 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.

2.6 For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.

3. Refunds

3.1 If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt.

3.2 All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt. Resin sealers must be unopened.

3.3 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage/carriage charges.

3.1 Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and will not be refunded.

4. Defective Goods & Suitability for use

4.1 The information offered about our products is done in good faith based upon information believed to be true. It is offered for your consideration but no warranty is offered or implied.

4.2 You should test the product for suitability by applying a small test area. This is particularly important when the surface to which it is to be applied has been sealed previously.

4.3 We warrant that our products will be free of defects for a period of 12 months from date of despatch. As we have no control over installation no claims will be accepted for defects on installed products unless they relate to a defect in the product itself.

4.4 In the unlikely event of the product proving defective any claim will be limited to the cost of replacing the defective goods.

4.5 Claims for defective goods must be supported by photographic and/or written evidence and any and all products or equipment returned, carriage paid, in original containers/packaging
